Flora Quilt Class - Mariner’s Compass and Machine Appliqué
Join us as we learn to make this stunning Flora Quilt by Robin Ruth Designs. You will learn to use her Fat Robin 16-Point Mariner's Compass Book And Ruler as well as machine appliqué techniques to create this vibrant quilt.
This class is for intermediate to advanced quilters. Required materials for this class are the Fat Robin 16-Point Mariner's Compass Book combo and the fabric kit to be purchased prior to or during the first class.
This will be a self paced class. The first class will be instructions on how to cut, label, and prepare the fabric for construction of the quilt. The following classes will be focused on learning to piece the mariner's compass in the center of the quilt medalions and how to complete the quilt. There will be work to do at home to finish this beautiful quilt.
